I would suggest some action, as you have them by the bollocks on this one.
Since a line 2 number cannot send an SMS message then it is completely
impossible for you to have signed up to these services, even accidentally.

Get the details of the service provider and sue the pants off them. It's got
to be theft, or deception surely?
