Surely Orange must have a way of turning off your Line 2 SMS? The
only other way of doing it, and you'd need a *very* co-operative OCR,
would be to temporarily swap Line 1 and Line 2 to allow you to send
the STOP message from the right number (or use GSM codes to turn off
SMS on that number altogether).

However, I suspect ICSTIS (or OFCOM, since this is raising a bigger
issue in a way) will be the only way to go. Pathetic isn't it?
