I've been receiving unsolicited premium rate text messages on my Line 2.
One pound fifty a time makes it somewhat irritating, and of course I
can't send a cancellation message.
Orange claim to be unable to do anything other than to give me the
number of the company sending the message. Only their services were
being used by another two companies.
I really think that it's out of order that anyone can send a message to
anyone they want, charge anything up to one pound fifty for it, and
there's nothing that the recipient can do - other than pay the bill.
Actually, to be fair, one of the senders has refunded me the money. The
other refuses to respond.
ICSTIS have been informed, but whether they'll do anything or not
remains to be seen.
