Good, well done! But I think the fact that Orange killed off Wildfire 
for new customers sometime ago was actually when we should have 
complained. For them to maintain a dying service is indeed costly and 
not worth their while. We should've known at the time that this would 
happen one day. :( It's a slippery slope though.

If they really are going to launch alternatives to Wildfire then why 
couldn't these be up and running before pulling the plug. That might be 
the best compromise all round.
