That's good to know.  With a landline (unless you accept a
reverse-charge call of course) you don't usually end up paying for
"services" you didn't ask for, but unfortunately that's not always the
case with a mobile.  And when something arrives out of the blue like
this it does make you wonder if the scammers have claimed another
victim.  In this case, it seems not.  But WAP push is now turned off,
and it's staying off...
