[ORANGE] Wildfire is no more from 1st June

Just got off the phone from an OCS rep having asked about the
availability of Wildfire as a new connection for the "visually
impaired" as Orange describe them. I called up to make an enquiry on
behalf of a partially-sighted member of my family for whom WF would
be most useful. I was told that Wildfire will be scrapped as of 1st
June, even for the current blind/partially-sighted people who use it.
Apparently it's being removed because "only a handful" of people use
it, and it hasn't been performing that well. I've not had a problem
with it in quite a few years.

A new voice-recognition system is being planned but whether or not
that's going to launch at the same time that WF is being scrapped, he
didn't know, as they (the OCS reps) hadn't been told any dates for
the new system.

So that's it. Any ideas about how I go about getting my Wildfire
activation fee refunded? Another hacked-off customer. Well done
Orange, yet one fewer reason as to why I should stay.
