Maybe they've been infected by management from a certain ISP (hint: for 
all their perceived faults I still use them) - can't say anything that 
might hurt the share price, so never admit anything is at fault (even 
internally) so since nothing is at fault, nothing needs to be fixed. 
Any perception of a fault is always the customer's setup/imagination.
