[ORANGE] Orange site down

Apologies to all here but I know people from Orange read this list - their 
150 support people seem to know nothing of this fault and are unable to log 
it till tomorrow!

There's an Orange cell site about 400 metres from TW14 9XA in central 
Feltham (using channels 820/727) that has been rejecting voice calls all 
evening. SMS works fine but as soon as the thing try's to allocate a voice 
channel inbound or outbound calls die. The building it's located on is 
undergoing major renovation so it looks like something's been broken! Of 
course since the thing is still on air our phones won't use a weaker cell 
even though there's a few visible in the neighbour list.

Anyone know who's best to speak to about this or what may have happened?
